This is a program to provide a weekend of off-roading for our country's wounded military members. This program was conceived by a gentleman by the name of Jason Havlik a Gulf War Veteran himself and civilian contractor currently in Fallujah, Iraq. A local group of friends from the North Jersey Jeep Club adopted this program to bring it to the state of New Jersey. This will be an opportunity for local Veterans to experience a much deserved adventure of fun and excitement. The plan is to traverse the diverse countryside New Jersey has to offer, in a variety of the best off-road capable vehicles ever built.

The event is planed to occur in September of 2010 in Northern New Jersey. Wounded servicemen and women will get to experience the beautiful country they have unselfishly given up so much of their lives for. Members of the North Jersey Jeep Club and a variety of members of the OHV Community will be hosting this event for the brave men and women and will accompany them on the trails. At nightfall, Veterans will be treated to a terrific meal of local fare and share festivities with everyone.

Our organization is trying to put together a large advertising campaign; newspapers, magazines, television, and radio to attract attention to our esteemed wounded Veterans. We will also be holding several charity events to raise money, so there will be NO fees for the wounded Veterans and immediate family for the event. Medical personnel will be available and special activities will be planned for family members as well.

We would like to thank our Veterans for the sacrifice and service for your country and we hope that in some small way this will show our communities' appreciation for all they have done.
